Glow stack
BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu blend · C-tier (Dr. Alex Tatem) · Preclinical evidence
A popular all-in-one injection that combines the two “healing” peptides with the copper peptide for collagen and skin. The idea is synergy; the problem is that it inherits the thin evidence of its parts.
Dr. Tatem’s take
C tier. Some people “absolutely swear by this stack,” but it’s built from drugs with so-so data, and “a compound or a stack is only as strong as its weakest link.”
Benefits
- Combines the proposed repair effects of BPC-157 and TB-500 with GHK-Cu’s collagen and skin effects.
- One injection instead of three.
Risks
- Every component lacks human injectable trials.
- Blends make it impossible to know what each ingredient is doing — or which one caused a problem.
- Gray-market blends add dosing and purity uncertainty.
Dosing protocols (informational, labeled by evidence)
- Community (bro science): Typical community blend use — Volume set so each daily shot gives roughly the single-agent community doses (e.g., ~1–2 mg GHK-Cu with proportional BPC/TB), SubQ, Daily, ~4–8 wk
Status: Not an approved product. Each component is unapproved; BPC-157 and TB-500 received non-binding advisory-committee votes in July 2026.
